Talk to us→Absolutely not. DuesFam is purely a tracking and accountability tool. We never touch, hold, or process your organization's money. All payments happen directly between members and your treasurer. We strongly recommend keeping funds in a dedicated organization bank account.
Your treasurer or admin logs payments manually after receiving them — via cash, Mobile Money, or bank transfer. DuesFam records who paid, when, and how much. Members can then view their own payment status through their personal portal link.
No. Members on the Member role can only see their own payment history. Admins, Treasurers and Auditors can view all members. The Owner has full access. You control who sees what through Team Management.
Yes. All data is stored securely on Supabase (built on AWS), with Row Level Security ensuring each organization only accesses its own data. Inside an organization, access is by role: members see only their own record, and an Auditor can see everything but change nothing.
On the Free plan you can have 1 organization with up to 10 members. When you hit the limit, DuesFam shows you an upgrade prompt. Your existing data is never deleted — simply upgrade to continue adding more members.
